Laura M is an office coordinator at AD.
What is your education background?
I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Liberal Studies. I then went on to Dental Hygiene School at Madison Area Technical College and graduated in 2011. I was a Dental Hygienist for 9 years and still have an active Dental Hygiene License.
Have you learned anything from the past 6 months of “life during quarantine” you’d like to share?
“Life during quarantine” led me to a job change. I very much love being in a dental office and working with patients, but I was curious about the other side of the dental office. I am enjoying learning “the business side” and how an office functions.
I also learned to value the time you have with your family. We spent a lot of time together during “the lockdown” period and I very much enjoyed the extra bonding time.
What would you like patients you care for to know about you?
I always try to see the good in people. I really like the quote “Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be Kind. Always”
What do you love about working with the AD team?
The teamwork. This is a fun group of people to be around. I felt completely comfortable here since day one. We are all here for each other and respect one another. It is a great work environment.

Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.
