Wisconsin State Employees Insurance Changes 2016 – Major changes to your dental insurance coverage

Starting January 1st of 2016, the dental benefits for State of Wisconsin Employees will change significantly. Previously, Dental Benefits were tied to your Medical Plan. State of Wisconsin Employees who held insurance plans with Group Health, Physicians Plus and Unity Insurance were forced to see the Dental Providers within that Medical Plan. As of January 1, 2016, this will change.
